1.9 billion dirhams, the actions of Dubai real estate today

The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.9 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 451 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.2 billion dirhams, including 35 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 384.67 million dirhams, and 416 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 819.39 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 131 million dirhams in the Dubai Maritime City area, followed by a pledge of 57 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 43 million dirhams in the first Al Warqaa area.

Al-Habibiyah 5th district topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 14 sales at a value of 50 million dirhams, followed by the city of Hind 4, with 5 sales at a value of 7 million dirhams, and a third in the airport city, with 4 sales at a value of 13 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, there was a sale of 10 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, as the most important sale, followed by a sale of 10 million dirhams in the Umm Al Sheif area, and finally a sale of 9 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 51 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 167 million dirhams, followed by the Al Barsha area south of the fourth, with 48 pledges of 39 million dirhams, and a third in Business Bay, with 47 pledges of 62 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 663.03 million dirhams, including 16 land mortgages with a value of 558.73 million dirhams and 66 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 104.31 million dirhams.

As for donations, 19 donations were recorded, with a value of 36.64 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 9 million dirhams, and another in the second Zabeel area, with a value of 5 million dirhams.
